1. Exchange Policy

  • Time Frame: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • All tags and labels must be attached.

    • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchange Availability: Exchange depends on stock availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit or alternate item may be offered.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered on items once sold, except in cases where:

    • The item is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

    • The wrong item was provided.

  • In such cases, customers must return the item within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt.


3. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items, discounted items, and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Accessories and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
