  • Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment can be made in cash or via Cash on Delivery (COD). Other payment methods may be introduced in the future.

3. Product Availability & Description

  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to lighting or display settings.

  • Availability of items is subject to change and may not always be guaranteed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery charges will be shared with you before dispatch.

  • We use reliable third-party courier services; any delivery delays caused by couriers are not our responsibility.

5. Return & Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Refunds are only issued in case of damaged or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Custom orders, sale items, and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
